Joined IBM daksh in Dec, 2008 in bharti airtel’s mobility  process as platinum customer service executive but based on performance was moved to nodal desk, then to appellate and later to DOT/TRAI desk, where I used to resolve the case accelerated case which were sent to department of telecom, TRAI & President of India.
